Fresh as a cucumber!

How fantastic is summer!!! sunny, hot and energizing. But as the heat settles more, is easier to dehydrate, sometimes you feel water is not enough, your body needs a good combination of vitamins and minerals to rebalance the water in your system.

"It takes only 1% of dehydration for your body entering Crisis Mode, head ache, weakness, confusion, dry mouth are symptoms of a mild dehydration"


  • Dead Sea Salt has loads of minerals, specially Himalayan salt has the same 84 natural Minerals found in the human body
  • mint will refresh your palate making it feel satisfy
  • the vanilla or coconut syrup will enhance the sweetness of the sugar (more sweet will make you more thirsty without reaching a satisfaction point)
  •  Celery is high in fibre, water and is refreshing
  •  Watermelon is a Cold fruit, when it reaches your stomach will refresh it instantly
  • Lime juice will balance the acidity of the drink, is full of vitamin C and Electrolytes. Electrolytes are important because they carry positive and negative charged particles that are formed in mineral and salts, this are found in the water inside our body, the electrolytes regulate the fluids are distributed throughout our body, meaning better hydration. 



 I share my super fresh and delicious Cucumber water "fresh as cucumber cool as a breeze". 

Makes a large pitcher of water for about 4- 6 glasses.

1 large cucumber, peeled and de seeded
10 mint leaves, washed
pinch of Sea Salt or Hymalayan salt
1 lime juice (the zest can be add if desired)
2 tbsp of Light Brown Sugar
1 tbsp of Vanilla Syrup or Coconut Syrup
1 lt sparkling water
Ice
Celery or watermelon(optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 2 minutes, until the ice has turn into slush, pass through a sieve if desire. Drink within a day.
