Drink of the Gods “Xocolatl” (Hot Chocolate)
200 g Demerara Sugar
150 g Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Milk Powder
1 tsp Corn Flour
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 lt whole Milk
Sugar to taste

Bring the Milk and Sugar to a boil, add the rest of the dry ingredients and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, remove from heat and add the Vanilla Extract. With a hand blender create a foam on top. Enjoy with sweet pastries or....
For Grown up Drink!!! Add about 4 shots of Cognac or Brandy. Top with a Vanilla Whip Cream and a light dust of Cinnamon powder.
