Lemon is well known for high concentration of Vitamin C and honey well will help your throat and sweet your tea. Elderflower can be found in whole foods or organic shops or you can find it already in tea.
Elderflower (dry)
1 tbsp of honey or 1 tsp of Vanilla Sugar
a bit of ginger
1 lemon peel
few drops of lemon juice
500 ml of water
Let it infuse from 2 to 5 minutes in a tea pot, strain and the most important, enjoy!
